Summary
In this article the author indicates that high blood pressure in childhood follows into adulthood. There are two main factors which affect the degree of tracking: first, the childhood age when they had the high blood pressure. Second, the length of the follow-up and the shorter follow-up, the stronger the tracking. Moreover, both genders can have high blood pressure like adults. In addition, the studies show strong relationship between the childhood obesity and high blood pressure in the children, and a strong association between higher blood pressure in adolescents when they become adults and higher blood pressure in younger children. However, the early detection and intervention can overcome high blood pressure by changing the life style of the young people to help them to control their blood pressure to a desirable level. Also, the healthy food and exercise can help them to protect their body from many diseases in the preseur or in the future

Reaction
I believe there is a strong relationship between childhood obesity and many health risks, and this study is evidence for this. However, most adult diseases are related to childhood health problems, and always the experts recommend a healthy diet that consists of all nutrients in moderate amount and enough exercise to prepare your body for any disease that can face it. Moreover, if you build a strong defense in your and your children's bodies that can prevent any health risk you may incur in childhood or in the adulthood

Summery
In this article the author indicates that a child who born to mother and eats a high- fat diet in pregnancy may have a big chance to be obese early in life. The research

suggests many things for example, children who are born to mothers who eat high-fat had more ability to produce appetite- stimulating proteins. The result of one of the study CN said if the fats known as triglycerides circulate in the blood they produce a lot of proteins that stimulate the appetite. A Second study said the pups born to a mother who eats high- fat eat more, weigh more through life and they began puberty earlier than others who were born to a mother who eats a normal amount of fat. Also, they found mothers who have a high –fat diet produce a lot of cells that considered as a part of the brain linked to obesity. In addition, these experiments provide the first evidence that if the mother has a high level of fat during pregnancy it may cause an increase in the weight of the baby after weaning and make the child have a preference for fatty food. They suggest if we want to have a healthy child we must start with the mother's diet

Reaction
It is interesting to know how the mother's diet controls the baby's weight and his future and why a lot of fat babies born to mothers who eat a high amounts of fat in their diet during the pregnancy. However in my opinion if the mother watches her children's diets and provider's many activities in their life such as many sports, she will control their weight and make them healthy people in the future

Summary:
In this article the author focuses on some of childhood obesity's causes like eating huge amounts of food, bad lifestyle habits and Genetics role, and how these causes can affect some political problems. Then, she indicates the bad results of the obesity problems if we don't find a solution for them. After that she said that it is not too difficult to help these children to change their life and their habits in order to have good health and a good life in the future, because they are still learning about this world. In addition, the parents are responsible for a large part of their children's behaviors. Thus, they can change what is bad and unacceptable of their children's behaviors about eating and exercise if they start with themselves in the beginning.

Reaction:
In this article, the author indicates some of childhood obesity causes, but not all of them, because there are many things that can also cause the same problems such as the media effects, social customs, religious habits …etc. In these cases it is very difficult for the parents to change their society and their culture in order to protect their children from the obesity risks, and even the parents are able to do this, but sometimes the environment doesn't help them because some people are considering changing their customs refuse their religious habits, or something like this fore example if the children's refuse to complete their plate they will punish them and they will not give them a candy because the food is a gift from God and we have to protect this gift and don't through it even these children's are not hungry or they cannot completes all the food

Summery:

In this article the author talks about a maine health problem and that is an effect of obesity in the childhood and in the future in the adulthood. Also he mentions some health problems that can infect the patient due to this problem. And according to this study the rate of the obese women and men will increase and the rate of heart disease deaths will increase too by 2020. In another study it shows that relationship between higher childhood BMI and infection by heart disease. In addition, there are many things that are related to the increasing of childhood obesity such as age, and gender. Finally the author gives us some way to curb this problem before it spread.

Reaction:
I agree with the author that the childhood obesity may cause the obesity in the future and thus diseases related to it, but there were several reasons, besides age, sex and less healthy nutritious food, and lack of physical activity that may cause this problem, such as genetics, hormone disorders and social and economic development of these people. And we must spread the health awareness about these diseases in school, public places and among mothers and teachers, which will help to reduce the problem.
